Weed World observes the law within the UK, that cannabis seeds can be sold legally as a novelty, but the minute you start to germinate and grow from cannabis seed in the UK (without a Home Office Licence) You are breaking the law. Cannabis is a class B, schedule 1 drug. It is illegal to possess, supply or produce this drug. Special police guidelines exist in relation to arrest for possession of cannabis. (Cannabis was reclassified from a Class B drug in January 2009.) Possession carries a maximum sentence of 5 years imprisonment and a fine. Trafficking offences carry a maximum sentence of 14 years imprisonment and a fine.

Complaints with respect to any items shipped will only be handled if returned to Weed World TM within 30 days of delivery of the products, with a detailed description of the nature and extent of the concerning defect. After this period has expired, the delivered products are deemed to have been found satisfactory and the delivery has been unconditionally accepted.

By section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the United Kingdom without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned or fined, or both. Please note therefore that germination of cannabis seeds, without an appropriate license is illegal in the United Kingdom.
