The genetics of Brainstorm (originally named "Hempstar") were introduced in our seedcollection in 1996. The strain has been updated for the second time in 2006 by selecting a premium clone from the original seed stock. Through this premium clone the Brainstorm feminized seedline is produced. Brainstorm is a sturdy plant with the power and yield of the famous Northern Lights Number 5, hybridized with potent 100% original Haze genetics. Brainstorm has a solid, strong, long lasting high, combined with a well balanced, soft smoking experience. Good for bumper harvests. A perfect variety to select clones from.

Currently available Brainstorm cannabis seeds, which are all feminized seeds, are an F1 hybrid with a powerful cerebral high. The seeds are very consistent and show an excellent rate (9 seeds out of 10) of germination. They produce sturdy marijuana plants which combine the best qualities of both Sativa and Indica genetics.

Some of the characteristics of plants grown from Dutch Passion's Brainstorm cannabis seeds are a high bud to leaf ratio, compact flowering heads, good yields, and exceptional production of resins.

Brainstorm is a good strain for indoor and outdoor cultivation. When grown indoors, she responds well to all growing methods. When grown outside, Brainstorm can reach a gigantic size, as high as 2.5 m, while indoor plants remain compact and won't grow taller than 120 cm.

This queen of cannabis is said to be one of the strongest in the world (THC content is said between 18 and 20%) with a nice sweet taste. The flowering time is really good, just 7-8 weeks, with large flowering heads turning into chunky hairy nuggets.

Brainstorm sensi is a perfect choice for those who desire a full-on, lethargic stoned result. The smoke is full bodied yet rather neutral in flavour. The taste is pungent with a sweet after taste.
