Cannabis talk 101...

So, who are these 4 guys, that are not only taking America - but the world by storm with their Cannabis Talk 101 podcasts?

After personally connecting with these guys on a mission to educate, inspire and motivate the use of cannabis, I felt Weed World Magazine readers needed to be formally introduced to our modern-day heroes.

The founder of Cannabis Talk 101, Chris Wright, aka Blue and the Pot Brothers at Law, Marc and Craig Wasserman, shared something special: a passion for educating, advocating and defending members of the cannabis community.

With Chris providing the platform, through radio, they would discuss the benefits of marijuana as well as the laws engulfing it. It wasn’t until early on in 2018 that their team became complete with the spontaneous addition of entrepreneur and radio entertainment personality, Joe Grande.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic many companies have been closed, but cannabis has been deemed essential and dispensaries around the USA remain open for business. According to a new report published by Grand View Research, Inc., the global legal marijuana market size is expected to reach $73.6 billion by 2027, and “Cannabis Talk 101” will help listeners navigate the new budding legal industry.

The podcast features hosts Blue, Joe Grande and The Pot Brothers at Law, Marc and Craig Wasserman, as they entertain and educate listeners on everything about the cannabis industry. Each week they discuss the benefits of cannabis as well as the laws engulfing it, all while breaking the stoner stereotype.

Together they have embarked on a mission to spread the truth about cannabis while guiding and connecting industry professionals along the way. “Cannabis Talk 101” originated as a radio show and features five informative show segments: “Making Waves” with Blue covering trending topics in cannabis; “Goes Green” with Joe Grande sharing important financial information on the industry; Marc Wasserman will delve into stories from when “Cannabis Goes Bad”; and Craig Wasserman will keep listeners up to date with weekly “Cannabis News” and will also welcome guests to the show for a Q&A segment, “High 5.” “‘Cannabis Talk 101’ is like your ESPN, CNN, FOX NEWS and The View of Cannabis,” said Joe Grande.

“Each week we share our passion for educating, advocating and defending members of the cannabis community in an extremely personable, entertaining and educational way for everyone to enjoy.” “‘Cannabis Talk 101’ will quickly become the world's leading podcast for everything cannabis,” said Marc Wasserman from the Pot Brothers at Law. “We will inform listeners on how Hemp, CBD, THC and all forms of this amazing plant can benefit everyone in one form or another as we deliver the pro’s and con’s around cannabis.”

For more than a decade, Blue has been involved in all aspects of the Cannabis industry, from medical cannabis dispensaries and collectives to the controversial cannabis movement and its cultivation. He watched as the plant gave his father hope and a better quality of life during his fight with lung cancer. Before his father passed away, Blue made a promise to make an impact in the cannabis movement. Keeping his promise to his dad, Blue created platforms with the primary purpose to educate the community about the benefits of cannabis. In 2015, he established the Cannabis Talk 101 radio show, and has been one of the highest sought-after speakers in the cannabis industry ever since. Blue’s commitment to his father and the movement is apparent in his Mission Statement: “to increase awareness about the positive benefits of cannabis, educate those who believe in it, and convince those who don’t”.

Joe Grande has always been outgoing with a love for entertaining. His radio career started in college where he majored in Radio Television and Film. Joe soon became a part of the morning show, “The Dog House” in San Francisco on WILD 94.9. Later he moved on to Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Power 106 in Los Angeles then joined 102.7 KIIS FM to work on Ryan Seacrest’s morning show. Grande branched off into sports radio working on Fox Sports & NBC Sports and was named by the LA Times as one of the “best radio sports personalities in Los Angeles.”

Noticing new social trends were gravitating toward the cannabis industry, Joe got involved. Through professional ventures, he crossed paths with Blue, Marc and Craig and soon became part of the Cannabis Talk 101 team. Together, they educate and advocate for professionals in the cannabis industry while creating an inclusive and entertaining atmosphere.
